Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for infants and toddlers
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Assist with daily routines and needs of infants and toddlers
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with infants and toddlers preferred
• A genuine love for children and a commitment to their growth and well-being
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred, but not required — we'll help you get certified)
• Must pass background check
• High school diploma or GED required; CDA or early childhood degree a plus
